Contact details you submit (name, email, company) when you book a demo or contact us.
Account and transaction data for merchants using the WE+ platform.
Usage data (device, browser, pages visited) collected through privacy-respecting analytics.

3. Why we use it

To respond to demo requests and provide the WE+ service.
To process payments and rewards in line with our merchant agreement.
To improve product quality, security, and fraud prevention.
To meet legal obligations (anti-money laundering, tax, MiCA).

4. Legal basis

We rely on consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, and legal obligations as defined under Articles 6 and 9 of the GDPR.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. You can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by applicable law.

7. International transfers

Data is processed inside the European Economic Area. Any transfer outside the EEA is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
