1. The service

WE+ provides a merchant rewards and payments platform for European businesses. Specific commercial terms are set out in your separate merchant agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under the laws of your country of residence.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use WE+ for unlawful activity, fraud, or abuse.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
Respect the rights of other users and merchants.

4. Intellectual property

The WE+ name, logo, and software are owned by WE+ SRL. No rights are transferred to you except the limited right to use the service as described.

5. Disclaimers

The website and any pre-release features are provided "as is" without warranties. Production use is governed by the dedicated merchant agreement.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WE+ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
